VEGA Americas seeks a Video Content Developer to create compelling video and social media content that drives marketing and communication objectives. This role encompasses full-cycle video production—from concept and shooting through editing and publishing—along with managing the company's social media strategy and engagement across platforms.

What you'll do

  • Plan, produce, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, training resources, and customer communications
  • Manage complete video production workflow including pre-production, filming, editing, animation, and post-production optimization for multiple platforms
  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals
  • Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting) to ensure high-quality production standards
  • Execute social media content strategy, write and schedule posts, monitor analytics, and engage with audience feedback
  • Collaborate across departments and with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives
