About this role
Venn is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise clients, identifying and solving their most pressing business challenges. As an embedded engineer, you'll function as a hands-on CTO, building and shipping solutions directly within the client's organization while leveraging Venn's platform and engineering resources. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in ambiguous environments and can drive technology adoption.
What you'll do
- Embed with client teams to understand their business and identify high-value problems.
- Independently design, build, and release solutions on top of Venn's platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and shape the product roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end outcome of solutions and scale them beyond the initial client.
- Communicate learnings and best practices to the product team.
