About this role

Vercel seeks an experienced Engineering Team Lead to guide the Next.js open-source framework. What you'll do

  • Investigate performance regressions and production failures, translating findings into framework improvements
  • Coach and mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and code reviews on challenging problems
  • Partner with Product, Design, and infrastructure teams to ensure framework changes integrate across the platform
