About this role
Verisign's Resolution Engineering team seeks an experienced C++ Software Engineer to design and maintain high-performance, scalable DNS infrastructure systems. You'll work in an Agile environment developing features that enable internet-scale operations, with responsibility for design through deployment across the full software lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Design and implement new features for DNS resolution products in a scalable, high-availability environment
- Write production C++/C/Rust code while maintaining code quality and following development best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, grooming, and planning sessions
- Own features from design through delivery, including testing and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development environments and distributed systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation initiatives
