About this role
Voleon seeks a 2027 graduate to join its AI-driven investment management firm as a Software Engineer. You'll design and maintain high-performance backend systems powering trading platforms and research infrastructure, collaborating with senior engineers, traders, and researchers in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems for trading infrastructure and data processing
- Build and maintain robust software supporting trading strategies and quantitative research
- Manage full-cycle projects from requirements gathering through deployment and communication
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and senior engineers to create efficient, resilient solutions
- Work with modern deployment and build tooling including Kubernetes and Bazel
- Mentor and learn from senior software engineers in a collegial environment
