Automation Engineer
About this role
Voyager Technologies seeks an Automation Engineer to design and deploy automated solutions spanning traditional IT scripting, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven agentic systems. You'll reduce manual effort across the organization while building scalable, production-ready automation for highly regulated environments, with particular emphasis on data operations support.
What you'll do
- Design and implement automation scripts in Python and PowerShell for IT processes, data movement, and infrastructure management
- Develop and deploy agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel to reduce manual decision-making
- Build RPA solutions and workflow orchestration using tools such as Apache Airflow, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation; build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Monitor automation health, perform root cause analysis on failures, and continuously optimize for performance and reliability
- Integrate automation across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS GovCloud, and third-party SaaS platforms via APIs and event-driven pipelines
