About this role
Voyager Technologies seeks a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced deep learning solutions for computer vision, synthetic aperture radar, and geospatial analysis serving U.S. government customers. You'll design neural network architectures, implement production-quality Python code, and directly impact national security applications.
What you'll do
- Research and implement advanced deep neural network architectures and machine learning models
- Apply deep learning algorithms for object detection and classification on visual and radar data
- Develop domain-aware preprocessing and signal processing techniques, including SAR data handling
- Create physics simulations and methods to bridge gaps between simulated and real-world data
- Design objective functions and comprehensive performance evaluation strategies
- Present technical work at meetings and conferences
