About this role

Voyager Technologies seeks a Product Assurance Engineer to maintain and improve their AS9100-certified Quality Management System while ensuring compliance and mission readiness across aerospace and defense programs. You'll partner across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive quality standards throughout the product lifecycle in a mission-critical environment.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and improve AS9100-certified QMS aligned with ISO 9001, MIL-STD, NASA, and MDA requirements
  • Lead inspection activities to ensure conformance to design and customer specifications for aerospace/defense hardware and software
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and CAPA processes including root cause analysis
  • Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments to evaluate performance and regulatory compliance
  • Support internal and external audits including AS9100 certification and customer program reviews
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency
