Voyager Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer VI – Test to serve as the principal technical authority for propulsion system integration and testing across defense and space programs. This senior leadership role establishes test strategies, technical standards, and roadmaps while providing executive-level guidance on verification, risk management, and mission assurance for complex development and flight test campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Serve as principal technical authority for propulsion integration and test engineering across the organization
  • Define enterprise test strategies, technical standards, engineering roadmaps and best practices
  • Lead technical planning and execution of development, qualification, production and flight test programs
  • Provide leadership for SWIL/HWIL systems, test automation, instrumentation and data acquisition architectures
  • Direct root cause investigations and represent organization in customer and government reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR, QRR)
  • Mentor senior engineers and drive innovation in simulation, automation and model-based verification
