About this role

Warp is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to join their Product team and build features for their AI-native Employee Management Platform. This role involves working across the entire product surface, from HRIS to AI agents, directly engaging with customers, and collaborating closely with leadership. You'll be instrumental in scaling the company and automating complex workflows.

What you'll do

  • Build and own product features across Warp's full surface (HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, Warp AI agents).
  • Work full-stack: schema design, backend services, and frontends.
  • Interface with customers and the sales team to understand pain points.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and CEO.
  • Scale the platform 10x in the next year.
  • Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
