About this role
Wayve seeks a Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Azure that powers the company's software development, testing, and deployment systems. You'll work on Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for development, testing, and production environments
- Implement and improve Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible for consistent provisioning
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement observability solutions including logging, metrics, and alerting for system health and incident response
