Quantitative Developer
About this role
WorldQuant seeks a Junior Quant Developer to build systems and tools supporting portfolio management operations. You'll collaborate with portfolio managers and developers in a fast-paced quantitative finance environment, working on real production systems across asset classes and global markets.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain portfolio management systems, interfaces, and tools
- Translate portfolio manager requirements into technical solutions
- Identify and resolve issues in existing infrastructure
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
- Improve team productivity through modern development tools and practices
