About this role

Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex software systems for federal government clients, including analytics platforms, real-time systems, and large-scale data processing solutions. You'll work individually or collaboratively to design, test, and enhance software components while supporting critical defense and intelligence missions.

What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, real-time systems, and business management information systems
  • Design and implement solutions for processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development
  • Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and document results
  • Resolve software defect reports and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide technical input on system design including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
  • Conduct requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual components
