About this role

Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex software systems for federal government clients, including analytics platforms, real-time systems, and large-scale data processing applications. You'll work individually or collaboratively to design, test, and enhance software components while adhering to rigorous federal contract standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems including analytics, algorithms, and real-time processing applications
  • Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and document results
  • Resolve software problem reports and troubleshoot issues
  • Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies for the development environment
  • Contribute to system design decisions, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS evaluation
  • Perform requirements analysis and synthesis from system-level to individual software components
