About this role

Wyetech seeks an experienced Java developer for a mission-focused federal contracting team in Maryland. You'll work with modern cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and the ELK stack, supporting government customers while maintaining a collaborative, innovative environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain Java applications using Git, Gradle, and dependency injection frameworks
  • Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Contribute to infrastructure automation with Ansible and configuration management
  • Support front-end development tasks in Angular/TypeScript as needed
  • Work in secure federal facilities (SCIF) and customer environments
