About this role
Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer 2 to develop and maintain complex software systems for federal government clients, including analytics platforms, real-time systems, and data processing applications. You'll work on challenging technical problems while contributing to system design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems handling analytics, algorithms, and large-scale data processing
- Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and document results
- Resolve software defects and problem reports
- Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies
- Provide technical input on hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS component selection
- Perform requirements analysis and synthesis from system to component level
