About this role

Wyetech seeks a Software Engineer 3 to develop and modernize malware analysis capabilities for a federal government program. You'll design and maintain complex software systems for a virtual malware containment enclave and enrichment services while collaborating with an innovative engineering team.

What you'll do

  • Develop and enhance complex software systems for malware analysis and containment platforms
  • Support modernization of malware enrichment services and virtual enclave capabilities
  • Review, test, and validate software components against design requirements
  • Resolve software issues and problem reports in a production environment
  • Provide technical input on hardware/software trade-offs and system design decisions
  • Evaluate and recommend use of COTS/GOTS solutions versus custom development
