About this role

zaimler seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical leader for enterprise AI infrastructure deals across EMEA. You'll bridge sales and engineering by understanding customer data environments, running proofs of value, and guiding customers from evaluation through production deployment while feeding learnings back to the product team.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery and architectural discussions with enterprise customers' data teams
  • Design and execute proofs of value demonstrating AI agent reasoning capabilities over customer data
  • Convert successful POVs into production proof-of-concepts and manage implementation
  • Handle technical objections, competitive comparisons, and architecture whiteboarding with customer engineers
  • Assess deal viability and customer readiness based on technical fit and environment analysis
  • Collect customer feedback and technical insights to inform product improvements
