About this role
Zscaler seeks an experienced Sales Engineer for their Enterprise West team to deliver technical product presentations, gather customer requirements, and lead product evaluations for cloud security solutions. This remote role partners with sales teams to demonstrate Zero Trust Exchange capabilities and guide customers through successful implementations.
What you'll do
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective enterprise customers
- Gather and analyze customer technical requirements to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Lead product evaluations and design custom configurations tailored to customer needs
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide execution to successful outcomes
- Support sales team in competitive evaluations and technical demonstrations
- Build deep customer relationships to drive deal progression and customer satisfaction
