About this role
42dot seeks a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure supporting autonomous vehicle R&D and engineering operations in the U.S. You'll manage local and global network alignment while ensuring high-bandwidth, low-latency performance and robust security for proprietary systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable U.S. network infrastructure for high-bandwidth, low-latency autonomous driving and engineering workloads
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage switches, routers, and wireless access points
- Collaborate with global infrastructure teams and Korean headquarters to align local environments with worldwide IT strategy
- Implement and enforce network security controls including firewalls, VPNs, and access management policies
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks with capacity planning oversight
- Support day-to-day network operations and coordinate with IT, Security, and Engineering teams
