66degrees seeks an experienced Full Stack Engineer to develop a document-centric web platform integrating React frontends with Python backends and Google Cloud Vertex AI Search. This contract-to-hire role (up to 11 weeks) focuses on building enterprise-grade document processing and agentic AI features with potential conversion to permanent employment.
What you'll do
- Build responsive React interfaces for complex document handling, data extraction, and interactive workflows
- Develop Python services and RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django) connecting UIs to search engines and data pipelines
- Integrate Vertex AI Search for document indexing, query retrieval, and agentic AI prompt/response workflows
- Implement document upload, parsing, rendering, and automated generation systems
- Optimize state management, API latency, and real-time search interactions for performance
- Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain enterprise security standards
