About this role
Baselayer seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge technical and customer success, guiding financial institutions through implementation of their AI-powered merchant onboarding and fraud prevention platform. You'll design solutions, support API integrations, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate across teams to drive customer value in identity verification and risk management.
What you'll do
- Consult with customers to understand requirements and design API integration strategies
- Guide customers through implementation and deployment of Baselayer's identity verification solutions
- Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution architectures
- Deliver product demonstrations and customer training sessions
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to product and engineering teams
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing technical guidance
