About this role
Ivanti seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to manage and optimize cloud-based SaaS infrastructure across AWS and Azure. This hands-on role combines infrastructure management, automation, and software development to ensure platform reliability and continuous operations for a geographically distributed team.
What you'll do
- Deploy, manage, and secure production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve system reliability
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 incident response and problem resolution
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including Product Engineering and Security
- Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions
- Create documentation and training materials for team members
What they're looking for
- Python and one of: Java, Golang, or C#
- Bash or PowerShell scripting
- AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Linux and Windows system administration
- Java and .NET application troubleshooting
- Monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, or Splunk)
- Container orchestration (EKS or AKS)
- CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
