About this role
Lead the strategy and execution of Claude's unified documentation platform, owning information architecture, editorial standards, and automated content systems across multiple product surfaces. This role combines technical content curation with engineering—you'll build self-healing pipelines and AI-assisted tools to maintain quality at scale while setting conventions that product teams adopt company-wide.
What you'll do
- Own information architecture, style guide, and editorial standards for the unified Claude Docs site
- Design and operate automated documentation systems including self-healing pipelines and AI-assisted review tools
- Establish conventions and tooling for product teams to maintain accurate, consistent documentation
- Curate company-wide contributions by editing, pruning stale content, and ensuring consistency across surfaces
- Define and track content quality metrics using analytics and reader feedback to drive improvements
- Build production documentation tooling and maintain CI/CD workflows
