About this role

ABM seeks a BOMA-certified Lead Building Engineer in Anaheim to oversee daily facility operations, managing HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems while performing maintenance, repairs, and responding to tenant requests.

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily operations of all building systems and equipment
  • Perform HVAC, mechanical, and electrical system maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct hard surface maintenance and basic carpentry/metalwork
  • Respond to customer/tenant requests and work orders
  • Submit and close work orders in facility management systems
  • Support designated leadership and facility management team
