About this role
ABM is hiring a Journeyman Building Engineer to manage daily building systems operations in San Francisco, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical maintenance. The role involves equipment repair, basic carpentry, customer service, and work order management, Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6:00pm.
What you'll do
- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and mechanical/electrical equipment
- Perform hard surface maintenance and repair work
- Complete basic carpentry and metal work tasks
- Respond to customer service requests and facility issues
- Submit and close work orders as needed
- Support facility leadership with daily building operations
