About this role
Resonate seeks a Sales Engineer to serve as the technical and data authority for enterprise clients evaluating AI-powered consumer data solutions. You'll lead discovery, design custom solutions, and deliver technical presentations that build credibility with senior marketing and commercial stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical discovery with prospects to understand business problems, data environments, and success metrics
- Scope and design solutions, own RFP/RFI responses, and coordinate internal teams to deliver what's needed to win deals
- Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing and commercial stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business decisions
- Build and deliver technical presentations, demos, and case studies to brands, agencies, and media companies
- Run pilots, POCs, and technical data testing, then lead implementation engagements
- Bring client feedback and platform enhancement requests back to Research and Product teams

- Technical pre-sales and solutions architecture (5+ years)
- Data concepts: data lakes, APIs, PII handling, identity resolution
- AdTech, martech, and data ecosystem knowledge
- Privacy regulations and first-party data compliance
- Data append deliveries and match rate analysis
- Snowflake, AWS, Box platforms
- Activation platforms: The Trade Desk, Adobe, Google, Meta
- Clear technical writing and presentation to non-technical stakeholders
