About this role

Build and operate secure, AI-enabled workforce technology across identity, endpoints, and collaboration platforms. You'll create automations for employee IT workflows, device management, and access controls while developing an AI-forward mindset grounded in security and observability.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain automations for user lifecycle events, access requests, device provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows
  • Implement and support identity and access management using SSO, MFA, least privilege, and standards-based provisioning
  • Operate zero-touch device provisioning and management for macOS and Windows with patch automation and compliance monitoring
  • Develop self-service experiences and runbooks to reduce manual IT support escalations
  • Add telemetry, logging, and dashboards to monitor and improve platform automations and AI-assisted workflows
  • Participate in incident response for assigned platform areas and drive improvements based on root cause analysis
