About this role

Join a Y Combinator-backed AI infrastructure startup as a GTM Engineer to own the complete growth data infrastructure. You'll architect data pipelines, run PLG experiments, and build AI-powered internal tools that drive company-wide decision-making in a small, high-agency team.

What you'll do

  • Design and own end-to-end growth data layer including funnel instrumentation, signup enrichment, and company-wide dashboards
  • Execute lookalike modeling and automated outbound campaigns to expand from top customers and identify champions within accounts
  • Run PLG experiments across content, integrations, backlinks, and paid channels to optimize signup growth
  • Integrate GTM stack via APIs, webhooks, and automation across analytics platforms, CRM, enrichment tools, and outbound systems
  • Make tooling decisions for the GTM team and ensure clean data discipline across all systems
  • Build and ship AI-powered internal tools from prototype through rollout, ensuring team adoption and governance

  • Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar production-level programming
  • SQL and data pipeline design connecting multiple platforms via APIs and webhooks
  • Growth data modeling, dashboarding, and analytics infrastructure
  • PLG experimentation including A/B testing, lookalike modeling, and channel analysis
  • API design and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Git and collaborative development workflows
  • High agency and systems thinking in ambiguous environments
