About this role

Abnormal AI seeks a specialist sales engineer to be the technical authority on their new Identity Threat Protection product, leading customer deep-dives, proof-of-value engagements, and field enablement while gathering feedback to shape the product roadmap on a high-visibility pre-launch initiative.

What you'll do

  • Lead 60-minute identity deep-dive technical meetings on ITP, ITDR, ISPM, Identity Graph, and Adaptive Identity Reset
  • Design and execute proof-of-value engagements for identity and ITDR opportunities with customers
  • Define PoV success criteria and analyze CARE reports for identity attack scenarios
  • Stay current on product capabilities and roadmap through partnership with product management and engineering
  • Develop threat library, competitive positioning content, and technical training materials for Black Hat launch
  • Collect and escalate field feedback on win/loss themes, competitive gaps, and capability requests to inform roadmap
