About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a junior Pega developer to assist in designing and implementing Pega-based solutions for federal government clients. You'll develop foundational Pega components, support integrations, and learn from senior team members while contributing to mission-critical applications.
What you'll do
- Develop and configure basic Pega application components including case types, flows, UI rules, and data transforms
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into Pega configurations
- Support integrations between Pega applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP connectors
- Troubleshoot entry-level Pega issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Participate in code reviews and follow Pega guardrails and best practices
- Stay current on Pega platform features and identify process optimization opportunities
