About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead technical architecture and delivery of Customer Engagement solutions for federal government clients. You'll design scalable Dataverse models, build custom solutions using C# and Power Platform tools, and integrate complex systems while maintaining security and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Lead solution architecture and development for Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Convert business objectives into technical specifications through requirements strategy sessions
- Design scalable Dataverse data models and map business processes to platform capabilities
- Build custom solutions using C# plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and JavaScript
- Implement Dynamics 365 security models and manage full solution lifecycle including deployments
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via Azure Functions, Service Bus, and SSIS/KingswaySoft
