About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to manage electronics supply chain strategy, component sourcing, and supplier relationships for defense imaging systems. You'll drive cost optimization, mitigate supply-chain risks, and ensure scalability across multiple product lines while maintaining AS9100 compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate sourcing strategies across product lines
- Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components
- Conduct supplier selection and maintain/expand the approved supplier list
- Resolve technical inquiries with suppliers and coordinate with design engineering teams
- Ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds in collaboration with quality teams
- Coordinate PCBA procurement processes with HQ commodity team and manage technical data transmission
