About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced SAP BW/4HANA backend developer to design and optimize data warehouse solutions for federal government clients. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and serve as a subject matter expert across the full development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support.
What you'll do
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP BW/4HANA technical solutions
- Design, develop, and optimize data models, InfoObjects, ODSs, InfoCubes, and calculation views
- Lead team initiatives, mentor junior developers, and manage budgeting and work planning
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for large-scale data volumes
- Provide technical guidance and documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate SAP BW/4HANA with other systems
