About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a junior ServiceNow engineer to design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions for federal clients. You'll handle configuration, custom development, integrations, and testing while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver mission-critical IT service management applications.
What you'll do
- Develop ServiceNow applications including configuration, reporting, and data migration across multiple modules
- Perform custom development and third-party integrations as needed
- Execute unit testing, defect resolution, and production migrations
- Assist with technical design documentation and collaborate with internal teams on solution delivery
- Engage directly with clients and end users to gather requirements and analyze project objectives
- Support escalated issues and provide work effort estimates for new projects and enhancements
