Sales Engineer- Corvil Analytics
About this role
Corvil seeks a senior Sales Engineer in New York to lead technical pre-sales activities and drive growth across the Americas. You'll serve as a bridge between customers' trading infrastructure challenges and Corvil's observability analytics platform, guiding deals from discovery through implementation while building deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders in capital markets.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for Corvil Analytics across investment banks, brokers, exchanges and trading firms
- Translate customer pain points into Corvil value propositions around trading observability, network analytics, compliance and incident resolution
- Own the technical sales motion from qualification through proof-of-value, architecture design, sizing and proposal support
- Design and execute hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements using customer use cases and live traffic
- Provide post-sales configuration, deployment planning and knowledge transfer to customer operations and engineering teams
- Collaborate with sales on account planning, identify expansion opportunities and capture competitive intelligence for product roadmap influence

- Electronic trading architecture and market data systems (FIX, order gateways, feed handlers, exchange connectivity)
- Observability and analytics platforms (Kafka, Elastic, Splunk, KX, time-series databases)
- Cloud infrastructure and virtualization (public cloud, appliances, containers, hybrid environments)
- Technical architecture design and presentation skills
- Financial services compliance and network security in regulated environments
- AI-ready data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Strong communication with C-suite and technical stakeholders
