About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Systems Engineer to design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure for defense and federal clients. The role combines cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and IT modernization to support mission-critical operations, with emphasis on Infrastructure as Code, DISA compliance, and Risk Management Framework processes.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS and Azure platforms
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and CDK
- Implement DISA STIGs, conduct vulnerability assessments, and remediate security risks
- Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for system accreditation and DoD compliance
- Manage containerized environments, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Author and maintain technical documentation including system design, SOPs, and project plans
