ATS seeks a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer to optimize factory operations through predictive maintenance strategies, equipment analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines technical expertise in reliability-centered maintenance with leadership responsibilities, requiring mastery of diagnostic tools and commitment to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies, including equipment-specific maintenance plans (ESMP) and failure mode analysis
  • Lead root cause analysis, bad actor analysis, and fault tree analysis to identify and mitigate equipment failures
  • Apply predictive technologies including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and machine health monitoring to prevent breakdowns
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams and customers to engineer solutions that improve operational reliability and throughput
  • Identify capital expenditure opportunities for equipment replacement and develop ROI justifications
  • Train and mentor team members on work execution management, precision maintenance practices, and reliability tools
