About this role
ATS seeks a Reliability Engineer to optimize industrial equipment performance and factory operations in Bellwood, Illinois. The role involves developing maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment failures, and collaborating with teams to improve reliability through predictive and precision maintenance technologies.
What you'll do
- Develop equipment-specific maintenance plans and reliability-centered maintenance strategies
- Perform root cause analysis, failure mode analysis, and fault tree analysis on equipment issues
- Partner with maintenance teams to implement predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance technologies
- Identify capital expenditure opportunities for equipment replacement with ROI justification
- Ensure compliance with safety culture, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
- Communicate performance metrics and KPI alignment with leadership and customers
