Infrastructure Engineer

About this role

AEG seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and secure IT infrastructure across their global enterprise. You'll develop enterprise standards, manage cloud and on-premise integrations, automate systems through scripting, and support security compliance initiatives for a major sports and entertainment company.

What you'll do

• Design and configure Office 365, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure tools
• Develop architecture standards, documentation, and compliance procedures
• Write and maintain custom scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis support
• Mentor team members and improve customer support capabilities
• Support cybersecurity, incident response, and governance initiatives

• Office 365 and Entra IAM administration
• Cloud and on-premise security architecture
• PowerShell, Python, and C# scripting
• Microsoft Defender for 365
• Security protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSec, SSH, encryption standards)
• ITIL framework and IT service management
• Incident response and root-cause analysis
• Technical documentation and communication
