Analyst II, Full Stack
About this role
Affirm seeks a Senior Analyst (L5) to lead end-to-end analytical strategy across risk, fraud, growth, and international expansion. You'll own complex business decisions by combining advanced analytics, regulatory expertise, and cross-functional leadership to optimize Affirm's buy-now-pay-later platform.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize business, risk, and growth strategies using advanced data analytics across products and markets
- Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to proactively adjust strategies and mitigate risk
- Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for scalable models
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into analytical frameworks
- Oversee analytical framework development and execution for new product launches and market entries
- Mentor junior analysts while building AI-assisted workflows to enhance team analytical capabilities
