Fluidstack seeks an IT Infrastructure Capacity Analyst to model and forecast compute, network, and hardware needs across AI data center sites, ensuring supply aligns with demand and preventing scheduling gaps. You'll build automated capacity planning views, reconcile inventory against orders and lead times, and translate analysis into procurement actions.

What you'll do

  • Model IT and hardware capacity requirements across pipeline sites, including compute, network, and support equipment
  • Reconcile demand forecasts against orders, inventory, and supplier lead times to identify gaps early
  • Build and maintain automated capacity planning views used by procurement and planning teams
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between models and actual data to ensure accuracy
  • Translate capacity analyses into actionable procurement decisions and escalations
  • Automate recurring capacity refresh processes rather than manual rebuilds
