SIPR Modernization Engineer and Analyst
About this role
AGE Solutions seeks an experienced SIPR Modernization Engineer and Analyst to support DoD modernization initiatives at Fort Meade, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies including cloud computing, Zero Trust Architecture, AI, and DevSecOps within classified SIPRnet environments. The role requires senior technical expertise to conduct assessments, develop enterprise architectures, and provide strategic recommendations across multiple technology domains.
What you'll do
- Conduct technical studies and technology assessments of current and future SIPRnet capabilities and emerging enterprise technologies
- Design and evaluate cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and hybrid architectures
- Develop technical evaluation criteria, engineering plans, use cases, and performance metrics for modernization initiatives
- Engineer enterprise cybersecurity solutions aligned with DoD Zero Trust Architecture and evaluate DLP/DRM technologies
- Research, evaluate, and integrate AI/ML capabilities for automated classification, metadata tagging, and enterprise analytics
- Support DevSecOps initiatives, Cloud Federation, Edge computing, and SD-WAN interoperability across vendor platforms
