About this role
Join Airbnb's Client and Identity Engineering team to design and maintain zero trust security infrastructure that protects employee and partner access across the platform. You'll build scalable, highly reliable systems critical to Airbnb's corporate endpoint security and collaborate with security teams on next-generation identity and client platforms.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain robust, scalable zero trust backend systems supporting security services, network paths, and device signaling
- Develop next-generation client platforms for corporate endpoints using open source technologies
- Collaborate with product and security engineering teams to optimize systems and design new security features
- Deploy and manage services in Kubernetes environments with cloud infrastructure
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers on the team
- Ensure high reliability and security standards for mission-critical identity and access systems
