About this role
Air Space Intelligence seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to design and manage mission-critical, compliant cloud infrastructure for defense applications. You'll implement FedRAMP and DoD security controls, automate secure deployment pipelines, and enforce zero-trust security practices across AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes environments.
What you'll do
- Design and build cloud infrastructure meeting FedRAMP and DoD compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt for secure cloud environments
- Implement security automation, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing frameworks
- Manage Kubernetes/EKS deployments with Helm and enforce container security best practices
- Orchestrate secure CI/CD pipelines integrating security controls and compliance checks
- Establish and enforce zero-trust architecture and least-privilege access policies

- AWS GovCloud, Azure GCCH, or Platform One administration
- Terraform/Terragrunt Infrastructure as Code
- Kubernetes and AWS EKS management
- Python or Rust programming
- Security frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, OWASP Top 10, SANS Top 25)
- Cloud security and zero-trust architecture
- CI/CD pipeline and security automation tools
