Quality Engineer (Video)

About this role

Alarm.com seeks a Quality Engineer I to test video surveillance network devices and software configurations across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with development and product teams to ensure functionality and performance standards while identifying and validating fixes for product issues.

What you'll do

• Develop test plans and maintain test documentation throughout the testing lifecycle
• Analyze new video products and their features independently and in interaction with existing systems
• Collaborate with developers, product management, and customer support to ensure end-to-end solution quality
• Execute testing on network devices across multiple software platforms
• Discover, report, and validate bug fixes for in-field product issues
• Drive system quality improvements based on testing findings
