Salesforce Engineer II
About this role
Aledade seeks a Salesforce Engineer II in Austin to design and execute scalable Salesforce solutions, lead custom integrations, and maintain production-ready code across complex healthcare workflows. You'll balance declarative and programmatic development, collaborate cross-functionally, and enforce DevOps best practices while troubleshooting multi-platform data synchronization issues.
What you'll do
- Design and execute scalable Salesforce workflows, APIs, and scripts while diagnosing system anomalies across multiple platforms
- Develop custom integrations and core Salesforce features using Apex, LWC, and REST APIs while managing platform Governor limits
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Security, and Finance teams to ensure clean architectural support for adjacent business workflows
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, peer code reviews, and safely leverage AI-assisted development tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve application alerts, sync issues, and complex bugs within established SLAs, including incident documentation
- Identify manual processes for programmatic automation and own integration issues during release cycles
