  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and document solutions
  • Participate in architecture discussions and SDLC ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)

What they're looking for

  • Full stack development (front-end and back-end)
  • Modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Server-side languages (C#, Java, Python, or Node.js)
  • Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • RESTful API design and integration patterns
  • Git and agile development practices
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - preferred
  • DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) - preferred

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Equity package
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Work at a well-funded defense startup with founders' proven track record ($180M in exits)

Likely interview questions

  • Walk us through a complex full-stack project you built—how did you approach the database design, API layer, and frontend implementation?
  • Tell us about your experience integrating with enterprise systems like ERP or CRM platforms. What challenges did you face?
