Mission Operations Engineer

Allen Control Systems seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to bridge technical expertise with real-world deployment of autonomous defense systems. You'll plan and execute domestic and international missions, support program managers, and ensure effective integration of cutting-edge technologies across varied operational environments.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute domestic and international mission events while coordinating operational readiness
• Support program managers in meeting client requirements and mission objectives
• Educate engineering teams on tactical implementation across defense applications
• Assess and communicate capabilities and limitations of UAS platforms in real-world scenarios
• Develop deep understanding of defense-in-depth technical characteristics and operational challenges
• Leverage knowledge of ML, computer vision, and AI applications in optical, radar, and electronic warfare systems
