About this role

Allium seeks a Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for a blockchain data infrastructure platform serving financial institutions and developers. You'll help users leverage standardized onchain data across 140+ blockchains while learning petabyte-scale infrastructure and building AI-native support systems.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support to finance teams, engineers, and executives using Allium's blockchain data platform
  • Troubleshoot issues with data queries, integrations, and access across multiple cloud providers and data warehouses
  • Develop and maintain support runbooks and documentation for common use cases and problems
  • Help build AI-native support systems that automate ticket handling and create agentic workflows
  • Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve systematic issues
  • Support customers including major institutions like Visa, Stripe, Coinbase, and regulatory bodies
